With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, she has helped hundreds of individuals—especially women over 60—build strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence in their bodies.Her work has included personal training, teaching group fitness, and supporting individuals with movement challenges related to injury, surgery, and neurological conditions. This experience has shaped her step-by-step approach that meets women exactly where they are—no matter their starting point.Maureen is passionate about helping women care for their bodies in a way that is simple, sustainable, and aligned with their faith.
